1. Enrollment Requirements

To enroll, the individual must be of legal age and present a valid official form of identification:

a) Mexican nationals: IFE, INE, Passport, Professional License, Military Service Card, INAPAM Card, IMSS ID card, Driver’s License, or credentials issued by federal, state, or municipal authorities featuring a photograph, signature, and RFC or CURP.
b) Foreign nationals: Valid passport and/or documentation from the National Migration Institute (INM).
U.S. citizens may present a valid U.S. driver’s license.

2. Caliente Club 333 Enrollment Gift

New customers at Caliente Casino receive:

a) Non-Redeemable Play Bonus (BNR) and Match Play Bonus (MP): Valued at 10% of the estimated earnings generated during the customer’s first 14 days of play. The maximum combined value of BNR and MP issued as an Enrollment Gift is $12,000 MXN. Valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
b) Double Points: During the customer’s birthday month and the first month of enrollment. (These points do not qualify for other promotions).

3. Reward Value

Rewards are valued at 2% of the estimated earnings for Caliente, calculated as follows:

a) Slot machines: Customer wager x estimated house edge.
b) Draw games, roulette, craps: Customer wager x estimated house edge on the total value of chips purchased.
c) Race and Sports Book: Customer wager x estimated house edge.

4. Loyalty Recognition

Tiers or categories are determined by an analysis of the customer’s gaming value, based on the 84-day period preceding the start of the quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1). For each period, the customer will receive tier recognition based on their activity—measured as a percentage—during that period:

a) Gold Tier: Third group, comprising 25% of customer value.
b) Platinum Tier: Second group, comprising 25% of customer value.
c)Diamond Tier: First group, comprising 25% of customer value.
d) Red Diamond Tier: The top 400 customers within the first 25% of customer value.

In cities with fewer than 5 Diamond, 10 Platinum, and 20 Gold customers, these tiers may be assigned as a courtesy to the casino’s 35 highest-value customers.

The criteria, tiers, and benefits described herein apply to a single registered gaming card per customer. We strongly recommend using only one Club card for play.

Red Level:
a) Point-based rewards; redemption for merchandise and food & beverage.
b) Redemption for BNR and Sportsbook wagers up to $10,000 weekly.

6. Point Redemption

Club 333 cardholders may redeem points for the first time after accumulating their initial 3,000 points through gaming activity, starting from their first day of membership in the Program. Points may be redeemed for prizes from the Rewards Catalog at any Caliente Casino location.

Requirements for redeeming points for catalog items:
Possess the necessary points for the value of the requested item.
Present a valid official ID and the Caliente Club 333 gaming card.
Select the item and verify available points.
Complete the redemption request form.

Terms for redeeming points for catalog items:

The customer has a maximum of 30 calendar days to pick up the requested item; otherwise, once this period has elapsed, the item will be considered unclaimed. The point value will be refunded to the customer’s Caliente Club 333 account, and the item will be returned to the warehouse inventory to fulfill other requests. The customer may submit a new request for an item, independent of the request for which the pickup deadline expired.
In the event that catalog items or special non-catalog items are out of stock, they will be sourced and purchased; a waiting period of up to 90 days may apply to acquire a similar item.
Returns due to physical damage or missing parts will not be accepted once the item has been verified with the customer upon delivery.
Customers may return electronic items due to audio or video malfunctions within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of delivery.
After 7 business days have passed since the delivery of electronic items, the customer may claim warranty service directly from the manufacturer within 365 days of the item’s invoice date.

Requirements for redeeming points for food and beverages:

Request service from the floor staff.
Inform the staff that payment will be made using points.
Present a valid official ID and a Caliente Club 333 gaming card.
Select your items (food or beverage).
If you have sufficient points, request that they be deducted to pay for your bill, either in full or in part.

Requirements for redeeming points for BNR (Does not apply to casinos located in Nuevo León):

Have the necessary points for the value of the requested bonus.
Present a valid official ID and a Caliente Club 333 gaming card.
Select the desired bonus.

Requirements for redeeming points for Sportsbook bets (Does not apply to casinos located in Nuevo León):
Possess the necessary points for the value of the requested bet.
Present a valid official ID and a Caliente Club 333 gaming card.
Select the wager amount.
Visit the Sportsbook staff to place the bet.

7. Point Validity

Points are valid for 365 calendar days starting from the month following the month in which they were earned, expiring on the first day of the following month.
