Caliente Club Loyalty Program

Any of the following: Hipódromo de Agua Caliente S.A. de CV., Impulsora Géminis, S.A. de CV., Grupo 0ceano Haman, S.A. de CV., Espectáculos Latinoamericanos Deportivos, S.A. of CV., (hereinafter “the permit holder”) establishes the terms and conditions under which the Caliente Club Loyalty Program operates (Defined in the subsequent and together as the Program). Affiliation to the Program means that the person accepts the Terms and Conditions contained in this document. These Terms and Conditions may be modified by “The permit holder” unilaterally and without prior notice, so the client will be obliged to consult them electronically and periodically in the most recent versions of this document on the permittee’s Internet portal or directly in participating Caliente establishments.

       1.Programa de Lealtad Caliente Club:

  1. The Program is a benefit created, developed and administered by the permit holder, which grants its clients the right to obtain and accumulate points for their gambling activity, being conditioned to the fulfillment of each and every one of the terms and conditions of this Program.
  2. All customers who wish to obtain the benefits granted can register.
  3. Clients enrolled in the Program will obtain a single card with an own account number of 6 (six) digits and with which the points will accumulate, which can be used to obtain benefits granted by the permit holder.
  4. The permit holder will have no responsibility whatsoever for the client to register their incomplete or incorrect information, so that from this moment the client will be solely responsible for this, freeing the permit holder of any contingency that may arise due to said situation.
  5. The benefits offered through the program are subject to change prior notice that will be published in the host module of the participating Hot establishment, at least 14 days in advance.
  6. The benefits are exclusively for the owner of the card presenting the accreditation according to the stipulated by the permit holder, for which, they are personal and non-transferable.
  7. For the client to be able to make any benefit valid, it is essential to present their Caliente Club card of the corresponding level, as well as an official identification.
  8. The permit holder reserves the right to resolve any incident that may arise in relation to each and every one of the terms and conditions for the use of the program.
  1. Accumulation of points:
  1. Points are accumulated for the game activity generated in the gaming machines of the participating Hot establishments, according to what is stipulated by the permit holder.
  2. For the points to be accumulated in the client’s account it is necessary that the owner presents his card at all times and must not handle more than one account. The client does not accumulate points for his participation in dates prior to his affiliation to the Program.
  3. The points accumulated on the customer’s card are credited in real time immediately after participating, as long as all the terms and conditions established here are complied with. The points accumulated on any other card are not owned by the client, and may not be transferred to any person or entity, nor may they be transferred to another account, including the Program.
  4. The points accumulated in each card of the Program are not susceptible to be combined with those of another Program card to exchange them for benefits, or for any other purpose, so they can not be transferred or transferred from one card to another, nor will they be accumulative in another account.
  5. The accumulated points are not susceptible to being commercialized, they are non-transferable, un-attachable and can only be used by the holder of the Program card.

  1. Redemption of Points:
  1. The client may request the first redemption of points after accruing his first 3,000 points for activity in gaming machines from his affiliation to the Program, before this it will not be possible to redeem the accumulated points for any of the benefits established by the permit holder.
  2. To make use of the accredited points, it is necessary that the client has completed and signed in accordance with the registration record and the Program Terms and Conditions.

  4. To obtain any desired benefit it is necessary to have all the points established in each case.
  5. The permit holder reserves the right to modify the number of points necessary to obtain any benefit, and may give 14 days notice to customers.
  6. Any misuse with respect to the generation of points may result in cancellation of the card and enrollment in the Program.
  7. The permit holder may offer gifts that will be made known through a catalog or through the means that the permit holder deems most convenient, considering that said gifts may be delivered for a specific period or while supplies last, as the case may be.
  8. The delivery of the articles will take place in the participating Hot establishments; on the date indicated to the client, at the moment of using his points.
  9. At the time of delivery, the customer must check the good condition of the gift in the presence of the personnel of the participating Hot establishment and sign of receipt only if it is fully satisfied with the perfect state of the gift.
  10. The permit holder (name) is not responsible for the guarantee of the gifts that are exchanged for points, for which, in the event of any defect or malfunction of the same, the client must contact the suppliers of the articles directly.
  11. The articles are subject to existence, so that if there is no availability, the cancellation of the redemption and return of points to the client will proceed.
  12. The delivery time of the articles in stock is 5 (FIVE) calendar days from the request.

  1. The permit holder may inform the clients the account status of their accumulated points.
