CALIENTE LEGALITY

CALIENTE offers an assortment of bets under permits granted by the General Office of Gaming, part of the Interior Ministry, to the various companies that are part of CALIENTE and its trademark,. Thus all bets are made on the basis of such permits and its observance to the Federal Gaming Law, published in the Federation Official Journal on December 31, 1947 and its Regulations, published September 17, 2004.

CALIENTE is an economic entity that consists of 5 companies. The gaming licensees incorporated under the laws of Mexico are under the names of: Hipódromo de Agua Caliente, S.A. de C.V., Operadora de Apuestas Caliente, S.A. de C.V., Grupo Océano Haman, S.A. de C.V., Impulsora Géminis, S.A. de C.V., y Espectáculos Latinoamericanos Deportivos, S.A. de C.V., and are duly registered on the website of the Ministry of Interior, www.segob.gob.mx
